For more than 17 years, Mike has held the title of President of EverLogic Software. Since the company’s inception, he has worked tirelessly to bring to life his idea of a streamlined version of dealership software that can be readily accessed and integrated into existing software.

Mike grew up in Lower Sackville, NS (Canada) a suburb of Halifax. He graduated from Royal Military College of Canada majoring in Social Science and Administration. Mike served 8 years in the Canadian Navy where he learned to navigate ships, scuba dive and run a department. He was a Lieutenant(N) when he completed his service. After his service, Mike went back to school to learn computer programming and database design. Mike was recruited by a large consulting firm in the US in 1996 where he worked as a project manager and programmer. Mike started his own consulting business in 1999 and built several business systems for small and medium sized businesses. In 2003, Mike and his family started RV Logic (now EverLogic). Mike has worked in every capacity at EverLogic and is currently the President and CEO of the company. What he loves about EverLogic is the ability to serve other small businesses to help streamline and manage their business operations. He loves running a small company that has professional employees that have the same passion in helping others. Outside of work, Mike enjoys golfing and boating with his family and friends.

Chip Lineberger, Software Development Manager at EverLogic Software, started out as a programmer for IBM AS/400 while doing RPG.

Chip grew up in Dunwoody, GA just outside of Atlanta and attended Georgia Southern University majoring in Marketing and Computer Information Systems. After graduating, he was recruited by a medium-sized software company and moved to Jacksonville, FL where he began his career as a software programmer developing and supporting products for hospitals. He quickly moved up the ranks to Software Development Manager of the Medical Records and Scheduling products. In 2004, an exciting opportunity presented itself to him to join a startup company and Chip became the third employee at EverLogic. He is now the Development Manager overseeing a team of talented developers and quality assurance testers. He enjoys working at EverLogic because of the relaxed environment and challenges of working on a wide range of different types of projects. Outside of work, Chip enjoys volunteering with Boy Scouts of America and camping.

Kim Counts is the CFO at EverLogic Software, and she comes with a rich and experienced background.

Kim is originally from Bristol, TN and grew up in Virginia Beach, VA.  She moved to Jacksonville, FL in 1998 and attended the University of North Florida where she graduated with a degree in Accounting and later received her CPA and CFE.  Prior to working with Everlogic, she spent nearly two decades working in accounting, financing, and banking.  Kim joined EverLogic in January 2019 as our CFO.  Her responsibilities include Financial Reporting and Budgeting, HR, and managing the Accounting Department.  Kim enjoys working at EverLogic because the workplace culture is relaxed and close-knit.  On her personal time, Kim enjoys yoga, biking, swimming.

Support, Implementation, and Training

In every position, his passion for building relationships and helping customers has shown that he considers each one of them not just a number, but a partner and friend.

Victor Fuller grew up on 40 acres near the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland until his family moved to the Gulf of Mexico side of Florida when he was in high school.  His love of the ocean increased living in St. Augustine, FL while attending Flagler College where he earned his degree in Communications.

After several years in management his passion for fitness landed him at the YMCA for 11 years where he moved up from an Assistant in the Wellness Center to an Executive.  He then felt called to do more for children and became a 4th Grade Catholic School teacher for 10 years. It was during this time as a teacher that a student’s father introduced him to EverLogic and he became the Implementation Coordinator for the company, EverLogic in 2014.  In his time with Everlogic, he has developed the Implementation Department, managed the Customer Support where he increased customer satisfaction and training, worked as the head of Sales and Marketing, and is now back over the Support, Implementation, and Training departs.

When not at work he spends his time with his family and dogs relaxing at home with a good book, playing guitar, snorkeling at the beach, working out, or target shooting with high powered air rifles.
