Introduction to EverLogic Dealer Software

Audience: All
This class shows users how to get around in EverLogic and how to use the basic functions and tools that are available. This is a foundational course and should be taken by all software end-users.

Customer Relationship Management

This class shows you how to make the most of Customer Relationship Management and Marketing tools in EverLogic.

  • Enter a new prospect/customer
  • Log calls, notes and emails
  • Find a prospect/customer in the database
  • Starting transactions from the customer record
  • Reviewing credit limits and alerts
  • Associating customers with one another

Unit Inventory Management

Audience: Sales, Finance and Accounting
This class shows you how to manage unit inventory.

Parts & Cycle Count

This class shows you how to enter parts into inventory and how to perform a periodic inventory of your parts.

Purchasing/Receiving Parts & Point-Of-Sale

Audience: Fixed Operations and Accounting
This class shows you how to order and receive parts into inventory and how to operate your parts department using EverLogic dealership software.

Service & Tech Scheduler

Audience: Fixed Operations and Accounting
This class shows you how to operate your service department using EverLogic.

This class shows you how to setup/modify the mapping of financial data from EverLogic dealership software and QuickBooks. Additionally you will learn how to send financial data related inventory and sales transactions and process transactions using end-of-day (EOD) procedures.
